The story of San Gabriele is a story of growth. At the beginning, in 1972, the firm was involved in the production of wines; then gradually, thanks to the winning intuition and to the perseverance of its founder, Mr. Adriano Tombacco, it developed into a leading company in its sector. During the 80's San Gabriele began the processing of grape musts and rectified grape must concentrates, followed by the production of grape juices and grape juice concentrates in the 90's. In the year 2000 the company also started the manufacturing of organic products.
Grape juice concentrates are used in the food and beverage production. We produce on order, and through blending of different raw material, we are able to customize the product according to our clients’ needs. We can offer different brix, acidity, color and flavor.
